Remember how I said I was on a diet?
Um, ya. I’ll visit that topic next week. Let’s just say this past month did not go according to plan.
BUT, on a similar note, I have some other exciting WEIGHT LOSS news (which will hopefully end up helping me on my aforementioned derailed diet)!

The Gals over at a fun weight loss blog called Win, Lose, or Blog have invited ME to be a part of their Team. I won’t be competing, but instead, I’ll be helping them to run the blog, find contestants, and bring in sponsors like .
Okay, so what the heck is Win, Lose, or Blog?
Win, Lose, or Blog is a fun new competition designed to make blogland a healthier place.
Each “season” lasts 7 weeks and has 8 new contestants (you do not need to have a blog to qualify). Contestants will blog about their experiences and track their progress for all to see (on a blog we provide). They will serve as an inspiration to all of us!
Every Tuesday morning we will post the stats so followers can congratulate contestants who have done well and maybe give some encouragement for those that had a bad week. In the end, the “biggest loser” will be determined by percentage of body weight lost.
And for the Contestants, yes, there will be PRI-ZEZSZSZSZZZZZZ. Swag. Gifts. Freebies!
In addition, YOU can also win prizes through some exciting giveaways. Giveaways are open to all Win, Lose, or Blog contestants and followers.
Throughout the competition WLB will post inspirational stories and tips, healthy recipes, fitness and nutrition information, and more.

I need to lose weight. I will be checking this out. I have been trying to get back into working out and eating healthy, but it’s soo hard. I had lost a little over 100 lbs about a year ago, but I pretty much gained most of it back.. pregnancy a blessing & a curse.. 🙂

After a long, hard winter…I need/want to get back into my work out routine!! Sigh!! I need to lose 40 more lbs!!!

This is a wonderful idea! I’m training for my first race called Warrior Dash its a 5k with obstacles (run through fire, crawl in mud, run up hay bells) all while dressed up like a warrior! When I started I couldnt even run 1/4 of a mile with out dying! Now I’m up to 4 miles and am thinking about training for a 10k, I’ve been sharing my times on my blog ( http://www.itsacowgirlthing.blogspot.com ) with my crafts and have gotten wonderful support!
